Your private transfer service, provided by PROFI DRIVER • For hotel pick-ups, 15 minutes of free waiting time at your hotel or address are included. • If you do not appear after the 15 minutes of free waiting time and have not notified us, we will release the chauffeur, and the transfer will be considered a NO SHOW and fully charged. • Booking changes made more than 24 hours ago are generally treated as new bookings. Accordingly, PROFI DRIVER may claim compensation for the originally agreed-upon journey. • For any changes to the journey that result in a delay for the driver, an extension of the journey time, or additional stops, you must contact us to arrange for an additional fee for your requirements. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage.
