We can pick you up from your accommodation in the city center, or it may be a Marriott hotel near the main railway station. Please provide your hotel/apartment name and pickup address. Pickup outside Warsaw city center requires a surcharge of 15 EUR, payable in cash to the driver. The pickup time is estimated (between 5:30 and 10:00 a.m.) and depends on the availability of Auschwitz tickets. We will send you the phone number and exact pickup time one day before the tour. If you have any special requests, please let us know at the time of booking. See you soon :).

- Due to the new policy of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, the first and last names of each customer are mandatory and must be provided accurately at the time of booking. If the first or last name is incorrect, this may result in the customer having to pay for their ticket at Auschwitz or even being denied entry to the museum. Every traveler must have a valid identity card or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.
- By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets must be purchased on site by the driver at the ticket counter, which may involve waiting in line.
- When booking only a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4:00 AM) to secure the tickets on site. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office.
- If the admission tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the face value of the museum tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, you may choose a non-guided visit to Krakow's Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the local provider's control.
- Pickup is available from hotels in Warsaw city center; an additional fee may apply for pickups outside the city center. You will be picked up between 4:00 and 8:00 AM. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour.
- The museum requires the first and last name of every guest; please add this additional information at checkout. An incorrect first or last name will prevent customers from entering the museum.
- The camp visit requires 3.5 hours of walking
