You can depart at the following times: 09:00, 14:00, 15:30, and 16:00. Make sure you attend at the time selected during booking. Late arrivals and no-shows are not eligible for a refund. Please arrive at the location 15 minutes before the departure time.
Return options are 11:00, 16:00, 17:00, and 17:30, depending on the selected departure time.

- To access the tower, you must take the elevators to the top of the towers and then descend the stairs. The towers are not accessible to wheelchair users or people with physical disabilities.
- Participants are advised to dress appropriately for this activity (long trousers, a long-sleeved shirt or scarf to cover the shoulders, and closed-toe shoes).
- For safety reasons, children under 6 years old, unaccompanied minors aged 7 to 17, people with reduced mobility, and people with cardiovascular conditions are not permitted to climb the towers.
