Your private transfer service, offered by PROFI DRIVER • Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of free waiting time after your landing time. Or you inform us of your pickup time and these 60 minutes of waiting time will be counted from the pickup time you provided. • If you have a connecting flight, please provide us with both flight numbers so we can track them. • In case of lost luggage, long passport control, and other various reasons that may delay you at the airport, and you are unable to leave within these 60 minutes of free waiting time, please contact us for an additional waiting time fee. • For an additional waiting time fee, please contact us and we will send you an online payment link to your phone number. You can make a payment and receive the guarantee that the driver will wait for you for an additional hour. • If you do not appear after 60 minutes of free waiting time and have not notified us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be charged as a NO SHOW and in full. • Changes to bookings made within 24 hours are generally treated as new bookings. Accordingly, PROFI DRIVER may claim compensation for the originally agreed journey. • Any changes to the journey that may delay the driver or extend the journey by some time or for an additional stop, you must contact us to arrange for an additional charge for your requirements. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage.
