Meeting and pickup
Our office is located at ul. Koźla 16/18, 00-228 in Warsaw. Please note that there is a street with a similar name (Kozia) at the other end of the Old Town—check the address and make sure you do not end up there!
• You must be at the starting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. (These few minutes are necessary to adjust the seats, inform you about safety measures, etc.) If you are running late, please call us so that we can wait for you. If we do not hear from you within 5 minutes of the scheduled time, we will consider the situation a no-show and start without you. • Operates in all weather conditions; please dress accordingly (a rain poncho costs 5 PLN). • Helmets are available upon request. • The minimum age is 14. • The participant must confirm their knowledge of the Polish road traffic regulations for bicycles. • Drinking alcohol shortly before or during the tour is prohibited. If the guide responsible for the tour considers the participant unfit to ride, they may refuse their participation in the tour. Refusal for safety reasons is not grounds for a refund. • Dress code: comfortable clothing and shoes • Not wheelchair accessible

- The participant must confirm their knowledge of the Polish road network as it applies to bicycles.
- Drinking alcohol before or during the tour is prohibited. If the guide responsible for the tour considers a participant unfit, they may refuse their participation in the tour. Refusal for safety reasons is not grounds for a refund
- Dress code: comfortable clothing and shoes
- Please note that our tours operate regardless of weather conditions. In the event of rain, we will do our best to provide shelter along the route. Please wear suitable clothing. Poor weather conditions are not grounds for canceling the tour unless they make walking or cycling impossible or very uncomfortable.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
