The journey of a Hamburger begins with a Franzbrötchen – a cinnamon pastry baked with a wide selection of ingredients from chocolate to marzipan, without forgetting the oh-so-German cherry. While you enjoy your Franzbrötchen, you will learn the history of this delicacy along with the history of the train station.
