We will send you the driver's phone number and the exact pickup time one day before the tour. Pickup outside Warsaw city center requires a surcharge of EUR 15, payable in cash to the driver.

- Please bring warm clothing to the salt mine. The temperature underground ranges from 14°C to 16°C.
- There are 800 steps in the salt mine, 350 of which lead down at the beginning. If you have a mobility impairment, we will assign you to the group for people with disabilities. There are no steps, and the tour will be 1 hour shorter. Please let us know in advance. Wear comfortable shoes.
- Health and safety measures * ** Strict cleaning and disinfection ** - We have increased the frequency of disinfecting our vehicles, surfaces, and high-touch areas between each tour/event. * ** Hand sanitizer ** - Hand sanitizer is available to all our guests. * ** Protective masks ** - We ensure that our guides wear protective masks (in accordance with current pandemic regulations). Our drivers wear protective masks in the vehicle at all times. Passengers are asked to wear protective masks in the vehicle during group tours. If you do not wish to share the vehicle with other passengers, we recommend booking the tour with private transportation. During a private tour, you do not need to wear masks in the vehicle unless you are coughing. * ** Proper vehicle ventilation ** - We avoid recirculating air, i.e. the air inside the vehicle is replaced with fresh air from outside. * ** Social distancing ** - Our guides maintain a safe distance (1.5 meters) from participants during walking tours. In our cars and vans, at least 1–2 seats (depending on the size of the vehicle) remain unoccupied. * ** Wellness checks ** - Our staff monitor their health daily to ensure they are symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group has symptoms, please contact us before the tour. We will work directly with you to reschedule your booking.
