Description
Our herb walk offers an exceptional opportunity to learn about, touch, smell, and ultimately eat wild plants growing around us. You will learn how to identify native plants, where to gather them, and what healing properties they have. We will use the herbs we collect to prepare vegetarian food.
You will also have the opportunity to see the Polish countryside and experience nature outside the city.

What to expect
Nieporet
A local guide/herbalist will take you on a walk through the surrounding forests and meadows. You will learn how to gather herbs and when the best time to do so is. Together, we will look for edible plants and then prepare a few dishes depending on the season: herb pesto, weed soup, herbal tea, etc. Vegetarian recipes only. If possible, we will cook a soup in a cauldron over an open fire. Otherwise, we will cook it in a kitchen.
We will talk about the health properties of the herbs we gather and other edible wild plants that grow around us.
