What to expect
Get ready to cook, drink, and enjoy an authentic Spanish experience in the heart of Madrid. With guidance from our chef, you will prepare your own paella from scratch and learn about the ingredients, techniques, and secrets behind one of Spain’s most iconic dishes.
You will also learn how to make homemade sangria and enjoy unlimited sangria during the workshop. A small selection of Spanish tapas will be served as a snack for you to enjoy while cooking.
This is a fully hands-on and social experience in which everyone takes part in preparing the paella and sangria. Along the way, your chef will share cooking tips, stories, and traditions behind paella.
Once your paella is ready, sit down with the group, enjoy what you have prepared, and share the experience together.
Meeting and pickup
Meet us on Calle de los Mancebos in Madrid’s historic La Latina neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Your chef will meet the group outside, and everyone will enter the venue together.
