Description
This is your chance to take a pierogi-making class with a local Warsaw-born host, sample homemade liqueurs, and learn more about this city, Poland in general, and places to visit. The activity takes place in the host’s apartment, which features a rooftop terrace offering unique views of the Warsaw skyline.
There’s no better way to learn about the local culture than discussing it with locals in their homes!
The maximum number of participants is ten.
Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your class may be canceled and payment will not be refundable.

What to expect
This will be your unique experience making pierogi with a beautiful view of the Warsaw skyline!
You will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare the dough and various fillings (e.g., sauerkraut with mushrooms, mushrooms, meat, potatoes and cheese, salmon and ricotta, spinach and feta cheese, as well as some sweet options with seasonal fruit — please let me know if you have any allergies or follow a special diet). All of this will be accompanied by drinks of your choice: alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. After preparation comes the well-deserved tasting, which can take place on the rooftop terrace or indoors, depending on the weather and mood.
Our plan is a brief introduction with a local selection as an appetizer and a welcome drink. Let’s get to know each other before beginning this intimate experience of sharing a table and a kitchen.
Dough preparation. While the dough rests, we will begin preparing the fillings. Let’s make some pierogi! Then we will combine the dough with a filling. Time to eat, drink, chat and relax — this is your time. Share your experiences, thoughts and pictures! I can also give you some tips on Warsaw’s bars, restaurants and must-see attractions. Please be ready to have fun!

We will meet at the host’s apartment, where the cooking class takes place.
