According to the Elbphilharmonie's requirements, any provider granting visitors access to the Plaza must include “Elbphilharmonie-Plaza(Tour)” in the tour name. However, this is not a guarantee that tours on the Elbphilharmonie-Plaza can be conducted by guides.
The Elphi reserves the right in rare, special cases (especially for security reasons) not to grant access to the Plaza. In this case, you will receive a partial refund as soon as possible.
On this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the Elphi Plaza without queuing.
