The Old Town is an excellent starting point for discovering Warsaw. During the walk, you will see Castle Square, where the history of Warsaw began more than 700 years ago. The king, who believed he possessed both the Polish and Swedish thrones, ancient trade routes, and traces of German settlers from the Gothic era. There is so much to discover! As you continue, you will discover the Gothic cathedral, narrow side streets lined with tenement houses, a viewpoint on the old riverbank, and finally reach the Market Square. Colorful and representative tenement houses with restaurants surround the square: it is an excellent place to slow down, catch your breath, and explore the history of the Warsaw mermaid. If you are lucky, you may meet a Warsaw street organ player and hear (very) old top hits.

Krakowskie Przedmieście is Poland's capital city's best-known and most prestigious street, surrounded by historic palaces, churches, and mansions. It connects the Old Town and the Royal Castle with some of the most notable institutions in Warsaw, including the Presidential Palace, the University of Warsaw, and the Polish Academy of Sciences, headquartered in the Staszic Palace. The direct southern extension of Krakowskie Przedmieście along the Royal Route is called Nowy Świat, with the famous palm tree at its end.

The enigmatic Praga district lies on the eastern side of the Vistula. As the minibus crosses the river, you can enjoy picturesque views of the wild riverbank. The royal gardens of Łazienki were designed in the 17th century as a bathing park for the nobleman Stanisław Herakliusz Lubomirski. In the 18th century, Poland’s last monarch, Stanislaus II Augustus, transformed the park into a setting for palaces, villas, neoclassical follies, and monuments. In 1918, it was officially declared a public park. Łazienki is visited by tourists from around the world and serves as a venue for music, art, and culture. The park is also home to peacocks and a large number of squirrels.

Warsaw Jewish Ghetto – this is one of the suggestions.
The Muranów district bears witness to the tragedy of the Jewish Ghetto, created by the German Nazis in 1940.
