What to expect

The pickup location will be confirmed to the customer in advance, usually the day before the booking date, when the driver or local provider contacts the passenger. The driver will provide the customer with the necessary instructions regarding the exact pickup location, pickup time, and pickup procedure to ensure a smooth and punctual meeting. For this reason, the customer should not worry if the exact pickup location is not displayed in the booking from the outset. The final details will be communicated directly by the driver before the journey begins.
