4. You will receive your driver's contact details 48 hours before your ride.
5. 24 hours beforehand, we will provide you with information about the meeting point where you will meet your driver.
6. Meet your driver at the pickup location.
7. Show your voucher and ID to the driver so that the driver can properly validate your voucher/ticket.
8. Each traveler may bring a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL piece of hand luggage. Oversized or excess baggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles) may be subject to certain restrictions; please check with the operator before traveling to confirm whether your excess baggage is acceptable.
9. Please consider the luggage storage capacity in relation to the number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, several vehicles may be more suitable.
