One of our professionally trained drivers will greet you with a name tag displaying the lead traveler's name, offer assistance with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. Your driver will open and close the door for you, and for your safety, guests may only ride in the back seat. Meeting and pickup
One of our professionally trained drivers will greet you with a sign bearing the lead traveler's name, offer assistance with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle.
Your private transfer service, provided by PROFI DRIVER • For airport pickups, 60 minutes of free waiting time after your landing time are included. Or you can tell us your pickup time and these 60 minutes of free waiting time will be counted from the pickup time you specified. • If you have a connecting flight, please provide us with both flight numbers so we can track them. • In case of lost luggage, long passport control, or other reasons that might delay you at the airport, and you cannot depart within the 60 minutes of free waiting time, please contact us for an additional waiting fee. • For an additional waiting fee, please contact us and we will send you an online payment request to your phone number, and you can make a payment and be assured that the driver will wait for you for another hour. • If you do not show up after 60 minutes of free waiting time and have not notified us, we will release the chauffeur and the transfer will be considered a NO SHOW and fully charged. • Booking changes within the last 24 hours are generally treated as new bookings. Accordingly, PROFI DRIVER may claim compensation for the originally agreed-upon journey. • For changes to the journey that result in a delay for the driver, an extension of the journey by some time, or additional stops, you must contact us to determine an additional fee for your requirements. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage.
