Before your transfer, we will confirm your booking and, if necessary, share your driver’s details. Your professional driver will arrive in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle at the agreed pickup location and wait with a sign displaying the lead traveler’s name. Luggage assistance is included. Your transfer will be direct, without unnecessary stops, ensuring a comfortable and punctual journey to the Port of Barcelona. Upon arrival, your driver will drop you off at the correct cruise terminal based on your cruise ship and assist you with your luggage.

Meeting and pickup
Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Hotel pickups take place in the lobby or at the main entrance. Apartment pickups take place in front of the main entrance. If necessary, the driver may also contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
Your transfer ends at your designated cruise terminal in the Port of Barcelona. Your driver will drop you off as close as possible to the terminal entrance, assist with your luggage, and ensure that you arrive safely and on time. Please provide the name of your cruise ship when booking.
Please provide the name and full address of your hotel or accommodation when booking. Pickup is available from hotels and accommodations in central Barcelona. Please be ready in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup point 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will pick you up at the agreed location.
