The Panoptikum is the oldest wax museum in Germany and looks back on over 130 years of history with historical wax figures, as well as figures of artists and politicians, celebrities and megastars, and athletes and popular contemporaries.
The wax figures at the Panoptikum offer great entertainment for young and old and are lovingly maintained. A visit to the museum takes on average about 45 minutes to an hour - guests can stay as long as they wish and admire the wax figures.
An audio guide is available in German and English and offers background information, music, and anecdotes about the lifelike wax figures you see here. A visit to the Panoptikum is suitable for all age groups and highly recommended for children.
