We begin with handmade Polish pierogi at a family-run bistro, where we will sample both savory and sweet varieties made according to traditional recipes.

We then visit a traditional Warsaw milk bar, a Polish institution dating back to the communist era. We sample several homemade Polish dishes and discover an authentic part of Poland’s culinary heritage.

Our third stop is a popular local craft beer pub, where we will enjoy a Polish craft beer.

At Im 4., a historic post-war restaurant, we sit down to a generous portion of traditional Polish food, including soup and a main course, followed by a shot of Polish vodka.

We finish at one of Warsaw’s oldest pastry shops, dating back to 1869, with a traditional Polish “Pączek,” a classic filled doughnut and one of Poland’s most popular sweets.
