These places were once state-subsidized canteens, and today they are loved by locals for their nostalgic charm and honest Polish cuisine. At our first stop, you will try authentic pierogi – Poland's famous filled dumplings – just like Grandma used to make. We will also sip kompot, a traditional homemade fruit drink that is always served at places like this. It is sweet, red, and full of history – just like the bar itself.
