Led by Conny, a scholar of theatre and film, this atmospheric evening walk goes beyond spooky tales to explore what they reveal about Munich’s history, beliefs, and society. Discover stories of ghosts, witches, devils, death, and the supernatural, including the Devil’s Footprint at Frauenkirche, the witch trials at St. Michael’s Church, the legend of the “Schiache Luz,” and the cursed merchant of Maxtor. This is a ghost tour without costumes, actors, or cheap jump scares. Instead, expect atmospheric storytelling, forgotten history, and a different perspective on Munich after sunset. Along the way, enjoy a Kirschgeist shot for a little courage. During the winter months, warming mulled wine is also available.
