Astoria Hotel

If you’re looking for more fun and adrenaline, we can also visit the bobsleigh track at the Klimeška sports complex in Kutná Hora. At 1,565 metres long, the Kutná Hora bobsleigh track, built in 2006, is the longest bobsleigh track in the Czech Republic and the second-longest in Europe. It extends uniquely across three slopes with a vertical difference of 42 metres. The track consists of two interconnected sections. The first section is more relaxing, with a smaller vertical difference and fewer sharp turns. This route is 750 m long. The second section is 575 m long and offers a more adrenaline-filled experience thanks to its greater vertical difference and sharper turns. Parents can ride with their children in a two-seater bobsleigh. You can adjust your speed using a brake lever or reach speeds of up to 58 km/h.
