During the Night of Churches, the chamber music version of the work provides an inspiring setting for discussions and debates on the question of whether and how science and faith intersect – where they clash, exclude each other, or complement each other. It stimulates engagement with the question of how we can preserve that capacity for wonder, which is necessary to secure a humane future for creation on our planet.
