Mindful prompts and writing walks invite you to write. Nature serves not only as a backdrop but as a source of inspiration. With open senses, we explore our surroundings and discover the extraordinary in the ordinary. The focus is on perception, mindfulness, and the joy of creative writing and exchange in a small group. Completely without pressure or prior knowledge – but with plenty of freedom, curiosity, and joy. Dates can be booked individually. Including vegan cake & drinks. The meeting point is on the Krähenwiese in Hamburg Stadtpark, which can be found on Google Maps. Please bring: pen, paper (notebook), and a small blanket or cushion to sit on. You will learn which native medicinal plants and edible wild herbs/fruits grow right on our doorstep. Alongside myths, old and new knowledge, we'll discuss the healing effects and uses of the herbs in the home pharmacy, personal care, and kitchen.
