Grow edible mushrooms on your own windowsill – from start to harvest and independently of ready-made grow kits. A “low-cost” and “low-tech” method using equipment from the hardware store and waste materials that would otherwise end up in the trash.“Stadtpilze” offers a practical introduction and takes you into the world of mushrooms!In the full-day workshops, we teach the basics about mushrooms, their way of life, their benefits for humans and cultivation strategies. All “Stadtpilze” techniques and methods are also carried out in practice. Together, we will make mushroom spawn and mushroom buckets. At the end of the day, you will take home a fully inoculated “Stadtpilze” bucket and a mushroom culture in a jar, so you can start cultivating mushrooms at home right away.Further information can be found on our project page
