In the exhibition "The Goal of the New World", mixed-media artist Paolo Moretto meets photo artist Axel Beyer.Thematically, both artists focus on travel, contemporary history, and urban space. Moretto's ironic material collages describe their very own cosmos and seem "out of time".Beyer's photographic works were created in various metropolises and play with multiple image layers. Poster surfaces, images within images, and reflections question reality.Despite all the differences between the two positions, some congenial overlaps emerge through special hanging and presentation.
