A three-hour break from everyday life: Pilgrimaging to the rhythm of walking is good for body and soul. Let's set off along the Wandse, passing through an idyllic river landscape. Listen to ancient pilgrim texts. Our destination: the more than 700-year-old fieldstone church in Alt-Rahlstedt. We will visit the house of worship, perform meditation exercises there, and conclude with the Peace Prayer of Saint Francis of Assisi.
