Whether you’ve never tried martial arts before or already have experience, with us you’ll always find a welcoming and supportive environment to and to improve your skills. ​ Your membership includes: ​ Five 90-minute training sessions (every Sunday in August) ​ Beginner-friendly Muay Thai & Kickboxing training ​ Striking techniques, kickboxing combinations and partner drills, as well as fitness and conditioning exercises ​ Training in a women/FLINTA*-only environment ​ Sessions led by our team of experiences female coaches ​ No previous experience required. Just bring comfortable sportswear, water and a towel. Boxing or MMA gloves are welcome if you have them, but we also have some equipment available for you. ​ Our goal is to continue with weekly training from September onwards.
