Tilda Taktvoll is looking for her animal orchestra," we accompany the squid lady Tilda Taktvoll through Hamburg. Unfortunately, upon her arrival in Hamburg, she doesn't land at the Hamburg Conservatory, but right in the middle of the Alster. Accordion music from Hamburg brings together the Hamburg accordion scene for the first time in one evening. Solos, duos, trios, ensembles, and accordion orchestras meet, as well as teaching literature, jazz, solo entertainment, and contemporary concert music. Different playing techniques, styles, and formats present the accordion as a universal instrument bridging everyday life and high culture—and Hamburg as an accordion stronghold.
