The view from the water offers entirely new perspectives on the history of the districts. The three-hour tour leads from the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken through the Billwerder Bucht, Tiefstackschleuse, Tiefstackkanal, Bille, Rückerskanal, Mittelkanal, Hochwasserbassin, City-Süd, Südkanaal and back – packed with photos and explanations about the past, present, and possible future.

On the city tour through the district on the Elbe island of Wilhelmsburg, you can expect many surprises: enchanted canals, dikes, repurposed factories such as the honey factory, lively streets, new architecture, multicultural life around Stübenplatz and Spreehafen. And what has remained of the IBA? You will walk through the neighborhood and return by the HVV ferry.

After a short ferry ride from the Landungsbrücken, we find ourselves in another world. A walk along the dike takes us to the lively Reiherstiegviertel, where a diverse restaurant scene has developed in recent years. We stop at various establishments and enjoy international specialties. In between, we ride the legendary bus line "Die Wilde 13". Along the way, we also gain insights into the history of the largest inhabited river island in Europe, shaped by tragedies and transformations.
