On Hamburg Family Day, we'll tell stories with the Japanese paper theater Kamishibai. Stories bring people together, and in the shared experience of stories, what is called Kyōkan in Japan emerges: a feeling of togetherness and harmony. Children and adults of all ages are welcome! An event of the series Snow White - Galli Theater Hamburg"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?" When the stepmother learns that Snow White is more beautiful than she is, she concocts a plan to kill the child. Snow White manages to escape to the seven dwarfs. But the evil stepmother finds Snow White, and a bitter battle ensues, in which even the seven dwarf cannot really intervene to help. Only the prince can save the beautiful Snow White.

An event in the Frau Holle series at Galli Theater HamburgA magical fairy-tale musical, freely based on Grimm's classic, by Johannes Galli. A diligent girl drops the spindle into the well and jumps in after it. There she enters the realm of Frau Holle and finds plenty of work: The bread has to come from the oven, the apples must be picked from the tree, and Frau Holle's pillows must be shaken so that it snows in the world. She is richly rewarded by Frau Holle for her good work. Her not-so-diligent sister now sets off for the realm of Frau Holle ...
