This is an intimate tour for meat lovers and enthusiasts, accommodating up to 7 guests at a time. During the experience, we will sample Barcelona’s most underrated cuisine: high-quality cuts of meat, from dry-aged charcuterie to remarkable chuletón (Spanish T-bone steak), grilled on a hot stone at the table. We begin at a locals-only bar, where beef cold cuts are a must. Then we visit one of the city’s best butchers to learn more about how Spanish beef is eaten and prepared. Our next stop will be at a family-owned “hidden gem” restaurant that serves the best steak in the city. Naturally, every bite along the way will be expertly paired with various wines and drinks. The area where our journey takes place is called “El Clot,” a special place where you are guaranteed to experience the “real” Barcelona, away from the tourists and immersed in authentic local life. All the meat served on this tour comes from small, sustainable producers in Spain.
