You’re very welcome! Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice — there are no steps to learn, no choreography and no need to be a “good dancer.” You simply listen to the music and let your body move in whatever way feels good to you. Dance wildly, move slowly, sit for a while, close your eyes, dance by yourself or connect with others — it’s all welcome. You’re always free to choose your own level of participation and connection. The dance floor is a space to explore, play, express yourself and meet others without the usual club atmosphere.
