Move & Connect | Free Pilates & Community Walk – No German Needed! Looking for an easy way to stay active and meet new people in Hamburg without a language barrier? Move & Connect is a completely free community event combining movement, fresh air and genuine connection. We’ll begin with a 50-minute Pilates class taught entirely in English at Miel Studio in Ottensen. Afterwards, if the weather is good, we’ll head outside for a relaxed community walk through Ottensen and towards the Altonaer Balkon. The event is especially welcoming to people who have recently moved to Hamburg, are looking for new friends or do not feel confident speaking German yet. You are also very welcome if you have been living in Hamburg for longer and simply want to move, connect and spend a relaxed afternoon with others. No awkward networking and no German required – just Pilates, shared steps and the opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds. 📅 Saturday, 10 October 2026 ⏰ 1:00 pm 📍 Miel Studio, Planckstraße 7a, 22765 Hamburg 🧘 50-minute Pilates class in English 🚶 Optional community walk afterwards 🎟️ Free participation ✨ 24 mat spots in total Important ticket information 14 of the 24 available spots can be booked directly through Rausgegangen.
