Ten years ago, the Drangsal-Erstling, Harieschaim, broke from Soundcloud onto the charts. On Harieschaim, post-punk and eighties wave were given a contemporary interpretation, and a decade later the first album by the then-solo artist Max Gruber itself became a source of inspiration for another breaking wave: artists like Edwin Rosen and Flawless Issues cite Gruber's debut as a reference for their own work.
Three more studio albums followed, most recently in June 2025 'Aus keiner meiner Brücken die in Asche liegen ist je ein Phönix emporgestiegen'. In September and December 2026, the formation which has now evolved into a group celebrates its tenth Harieschaim birthday and invites six concerts in six cities, during which the album will be performed in full for the first time. Gruber also curates the opening act together with Stella Sommer (Die Heiterkeit) as Die Mausis themselves.
