Montserrat Museum

You will be picked up from your hotel in a private vehicle, and after approximately a one-hour drive, you will reach Montserrat. Once in Montserrat, you will visit the Moreneta, one of Catalonia’s two patron saints, together with Sant Jordi. You will learn about the site’s entire historical and religious background, and by the end of this experience, you will understand why this unique area has been a pilgrimage site in Spain. You will have some free time to eat at the restaurant in Montserrat or at a place of your choice near the area, after which your driver and guide will take you to a winery in the Penedès region. Lunch is at your own expense. During the winery visit, you will learn more about the winemaking process and have the opportunity to sample various wines from the region. At the end of the tour, your private driver and guide will take you back to your hotel in Barcelona.
