Technical special tour on winches, rigging, and ship construction. The four-masted bar PEKING uses three fully rigged masts and a schooner-rigged mizzen mast. How to weather storms using halyard and sheet winches, and other technical details on board the PEKING, will be explained during this approximately 60-minute tour every fourth Sunday of the month. HOW TO GET YOUR TICKETPlease book a ticket through our online shop. Please ensure you have selected your desired date and the correct time. Up to six people can be registered per booking. If the message "Few tickets" is displayed, fewer than six tickets are available. The PEKING is currently not yet accessible. Therefore, participation in the tours is not recommended for people with limited mobility. Rollators, wheelchairs, strollers, buggies, or similar cannot be brought along. Sturdy footwear must be worn during the tours. Open-toed shoes, flip-flops, pumps, or similar are not permitted. As the tours also take place outdoors on the deck of the PEKING, please consider weather-appropriate clothing and/or sun protection if necessary. Cost: 15 Euros (incl. visit to the Maritime Museum). Participation is free for children and young people under 18 years of age, but registration is required. The number of participants per tour is limited to 15 people. For safety reasons, only individuals with a height of 1.20 m or taller are permitted to participate.
