Without any pressure to perform, young and old, children and teenagers, simply everyone who enjoys running, can try out different distances at the Alstertallauf organized by the Förderverein der Jugendleichtathletik in Hamburg e.V.: Children and running beginners start with the 1.5-kilometer taster run, while advanced and experienced runners can choose from 4, 10, and 21.0975 kilometers. For the youngest generation, there is a Bambini run over 410 meters.
