This neighborhood tour reports on both persecution and discrimination on one side, as well as pride and partying in St. Pauli. Queer people have been and continue to be active in sex work, as drag artists, and in the hospitality industry. The guides tell stories of personalities from the LGBTQI+ community, such as Anita Berber, Pauline Courage, and Corny Littmann, and what they were able to achieve here. They also showcase the places of queer nightlife culture over the past 100 years to the present, including a stop at the oldest gay bar in Hamburg.
