Let’s arrive in our bodies, take a deep breath, and get creative together. ​ Program: ​ 18:00 - 19:00: Yoga Class (Become present & find lightness) 🧘‍♀️ ​ Afterward: Short creative flow exercise ✨ ​ Until 21:00: Free Open Art, Snacks & Chill Time 🎨 ​ 21:00 - 21:45: Sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls by Hila ​ Good to know: ​Mats, cushions, blankets, snacks, and art materials are provided on-site free of charge. ​ Bring along: Yourself, friends, and feel free to bring your current art project. ​Drop by, connect with the community, and help us shape this fresh start.
