Description

Der Rathausmarkt in der Altstadt bildet ein Zentrum der Hamburger Innenstadt. Er wurde nach dem Großen Brand von 1842 angelegt. Als Vorbild zur Gestaltung wählte man den berühmten Markusplatz in Venedig, der sich ebenfalls elegant zum Wasser hin öffnet.
