Markus Eckert, founder and owner of Mediaversum Hamburg® and initiator of the Studioversum® Talks, welcomes selected personalities as host together with Patrick Linke (RTL voice-over artist and voice of Let’s Dance) for an evening full of knowledge, inspiration and open conversation. In a relaxed yet homelike atmosphere, Jochen Gaues (cult baker and "baker to the Federal President"), Andreas Dreymann (one of Germany’s best-known organic butchers, meat, sausage & ham sommelier), Constantin Nordmann (Sylter celebrity restaurateur), Gregor Jänicke-Nimptsch of "Le Sommelier" (winemaker & sommelier) and Nina Falco (Die Tagesbar, Spaccaforno and Gallo Nero) discuss quality, craftsmanship, enjoyment, entrepreneurship and the future of gastronomy. Konstantin Hilbert (food influencer with over 100,000 followers) also contributes the perspective of the "voice of the community".
