For rock fans, this photo exhibition is a must-see: "LEGENDS OF ROCK N ROLL" – from June 5 to the end of December 2026 at stilwerk Hamburg (4th floor, opposite the Udoversum). Admission is free. The exhibition, presented by Limelight Gallery, features iconic rock photographs by the world's most renowned photo artists. Neal Preston, Bob Gruen, Henry Diltz, and other exceptional photographers have accompanied the history of rock music over decades – and helped shape it themselves with their images. Photos of Queen, John Lennon, Led Zeppelin, or Woodstock legends have long been part of collective rock memory. Limelight Gallery Managing Director Wolfgang Lücke: "These photographs will make rock music fans' hearts beat faster: they are images that perfectly capture the spirit of Rock n Roll and at the same time represent timeless photographic art. A special highlight of the exhibition are the photographs by Neal Preston. The exceptional American photographer is currently honored by the music magazine "Rolling Stone" in its latest issue with an extensive photo spread, calling him "Chroniclers of the Golden Days of Rock." In addition to the exhibited photographs, visitors can purchase or order selected works and books on site.

In the year of his special milestone birthday, the style-defining singer, painter, and activist is showcasing an extraordinary collection of his art and selected moments from his show career. Films, photos, costumes, and personal items tell the life story of one of Germany's biggest stars.
