Since its reopening in 2015, it has enriched Hamburg's cultural scene with energy, diversity, and openness. “Nonsense will happen all by itself!”Always this Michel from Lönneberga! He has a big heart, is bursting with ideas, and actually only ever wants to help. But as if bewitched, every good intention ends up as a prank.And so, Michel turns his parents' farm and the whole village upside down. Sometimes his head gets stuck in the soup tureen, sometimes he jumps off the shed to help the maid Lina with her toothache. And because his sister Ida once wants to see the farm from high up, she lands – thanks to Michel – on the flagpole.Of course, it all ends in chaos. And of course, Michel ends up back in the carpenter's shed.But Michel is not just the boy with the pranks. When his friend Alfred gets into trouble, he acts without thinking. Brave and determined, Michel saves his life – just as he always is: acting on instinct and with all his heart.For many generations, this rascal with his funny ideas and pranks has accompanied us, showing us that there is often more to some mischief than meets the eye. He invites young and old to smile as we realize that a little bit of Michel can be found in every family.After a long time, finally back on the TheaterDeck: “Michel from Lönneberga”!
