Look forward to Hamburg's culinary highlights: For one evening, the Fischauktionshalle in Altona will be dedicated to international enjoyment. With cool drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, foodies and fans of Hamburg's gastro scene can enjoy unique tastings.24 award winners were chosen at the Genuss-Michel Gala on April 27. Some of them will be at cooking stations near the Elbe river for an evening, preparing culinary specialties. At this food festival in a unique harbor atmosphere, Hamburg's best will show what their kitchens have to offer.Guests can relax and wander from cooking station to cooking station for an evening, enjoying international courses. Matching wines, creative drinks, and non-alcoholic thirst quenchers will be available at the bar.Meanwhile, the award winners will take the stage one after another, talking about their dishes, preparation, and the ingredients used.
