When the trees change color in autumn, the city park invites you to take a stroll. During this time, the tree bark comes into view. On the nature-themed tour through Hamburg's city park, you will discover the diversity and beauty of tree bark. You will learn about different tree species and their identification criteria, and find out how to recognize trees by their characteristic bark - even when the leaves are gone. Naturally, the tour will take you to special trees, such as the giant sequoia and the handkerchief tree. And incidentally, you will also expand your knowledge of the city park.
