Some parishes are already on the eco-fair path, others are still hesitant, while others are not quite sure what it's all about. Often, the only thing that's clear is that it has something to do with fair trade and more ecology in the church communities. But how and to what extent should this happen? How do others do it? Does it even make sense?Using concrete examples, we want to answer questions such as: What do we pay attention to when shopping? How can we manage the transition even in challenging times? Where and how should we organize our shopping?
