Visiting the Institute for Geography/Excellence Cluster Climate CLICCS
Thu 17.09. 16:00 - 18:15
Further Educational Offerings
Oxygen hole in the Elbe, crab fishing in the North Sea, coastal protection: What does climate change mean for our city and Northern Germany? With this question, we are visiting the Excellence Cluster Climate at the University of Hamburg. Here, the climate research of the university, the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, the Helmholtz Center Geestacht, the German Climate Computing Center, TUHH, and HCU is bundled. After a presentation on the latest research results and the question: "What can I do as a citizen against climate change?" there will be ample space for discussion. We are guests of Dr. Martin Döring at the Institute for Geography.
