    The focus of the part-time continuing education program "Digital Teaching and Training Methods – Conception, Didactics, Tools" is on contemporary didactics for digital teaching and moderation: How can synchronous and asynchronous learning offerings be designed and linked according to needs, learning media created, and digital tools used in a goal-oriented manner? When is the use of generative Artificial Intelligence useful and how can it be integrated into learning processes? Further topics include fostering learning motivation, encouraging active participation, and transferring learned material into practice.On two in-person Saturdays at Universität Hamburg and eight two-hour live online meetings, participants will engage with the teaching/learning content and apply it in their own project. The work result, e.g., a webinar, can be directly applied in their own professional practice.Further components of the didactic concept include individual coaching by the instructors, peer feedback, and discussions via forums and in live online meetings. Upon completion, a university certificate will be awarded.The Digital Teaching and Training Methods continuing education program starts on 19.09.2026. At the free online information event on Tuesday, 25.08.2026 at 17:00, instructors Nadia Blüthmann and Michael Heinecke, and study coordinator Lena Oswald will provide detailed information about the seminar content and organization via Zoom.     Understanding and successfully managing psychological processes related to personnel and work: Competencies in the field of personnel psychology are particularly important for executives and employees in HR development. The part-time continuing education in Personnel Psychology: Leadership, Competencies, Resilience provides compact and practice-oriented fundamental competencies in work and organizational psychology, personnel and organizational development. Participants discuss individual and socially conditioned behavior in organizations; they examine work motivation and work behavior, social dynamics, leadership and team processes. Other focal points include competency development and continuing education as well as resilience and health promotion. Current developments such as sustainability, digitalization and diversity are also included. The scientific program director is Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Nale Lehmann-Willenbrock, head of the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Hamburg. The continuing education comprises five weekend seminars; three seminars take place at the Center for Continuing Education and two live-online via Microsoft Teams. At the end, a university certificate is awarded. Start is on 20.03.2027. During the free online information session on 01.09.2026 at 17:00, the lecturer Dr. Romana Dreyer will inform via Zoom about continuing education contents, Lena Oswald will address organizational questions.     Resolving inner conflicts, stress, and blockages and sustainably promoting mental self-regulation, composure, ability to act, and resilience – this is the concept of Introvision according to Prof. Dr. Angelika Wagner. By resolving inner conflicts, greater calmness and larger scope for action are achieved. This empirically tested method for mental and emotional self-regulation is sustainably effective and easily integrated into everyday life.The introductory training for self-application of Introvision is conducted over three weekends and three advanced workshops on Monday evenings via online instruction. The focus is on practicing the Constating Attentive Perception (KAW) for self-regulation, reflecting on one's own conflicts and conflict-avoidance strategies, as well as instruments, content, and practice of Introvision counseling and the transfer of what has been learned into private and professional everyday life. The course starts on 02.10.2026. Upon successful completion, a university certificate is awarded.The instructors deliver the theoretical and practical foundations of Introvision in a dual-lecturer format, in a pragmatic and application-oriented way. In the workshops, participants deepen their self-experience. In addition, there are two individual, personal Introvision counseling conversations.Following the course Introvision for self-application, there is the possibility to continue in a follow-up course to become a certified Introvision counselor according to Angelika C. Wagner. With this renowned training, Introvision can then be used in counseling and coaching.At the online information session on 01.09.2026 at 18:30, the instructors Mirjam Bretschneider-Klein and Melanie Them, as well as the coordinator Daniela Krückel, will present the seminar contents and organization.
