More than we might think. When we lose connection with ourselves, it becomes easy to look outside for distraction, stimulation and a sense of fulfilment. We scroll, consume and keep ourselves busy – often without really noticing what we actually need. Yoga invites us to reconnect. The more clearly we can feel ourselves, our needs and our limits, the less we may need to constantly search for something outside of us to feel complete. And this inner connection can change the way we relate to the world around us. Nature reminds us that balance is not created through more, but through relationship, diversity and awareness.
