Well-pruned trees can stay young and healthy longer – and they look better. Fruit trees, fruit shrubs, wild shrubs, freely growing hedges, or your shaped hedge – they all follow growth laws. With some basic rules, pruning isn’t difficult. Here you will get to know the growth laws and have the opportunity to practice on some trees and shrubs in the practical part. So that you can keep your garden plants beautiful and unobtrusive in shape, and your fruit young and healthy!

Have you always wanted to make cheese yourself? Here you have the opportunity to do so under professional guidance. A large pot of milk, a few cheese cultures, some basic knowledge, and you’re ready to go. Step by step, the milk is heated, inoculated, and the curd is cut and processed further until the cheese is shaped and ready to mature. Explanations of the procedure and important tips will be provided, and of course, you can also expect some first tastings.

This course is for everyone who wants to improve their mobility, strengthen their muscles, and promote their physical and mental balance – regardless of age and fitness level. In this gentle form of yoga, all exercises are performed while sitting on chairs. This allows people with limited mobility or those who are inexperienced to become active without overexerting themselves. Through mindful movements, targeted breathing exercises, and short relaxation phases, body awareness is strengthened, tension is released, and well-being is improved.

The Persian cuisine offers a variety of delicious appetizers and snacks. Mohammad Reza Pakro, a passionate chef and native Iranian, provides you with a comprehensive taste experience. Cook together, for example, Kuku (a type of omelette), Mirza Ghasemi (Persian eggplant paste), and Dolma (stuffed vegetables). A soup and a fresh yogurt dish, of course, must not be missing alongside the appropriate flatbread. Look forward to a colorful vegetarian variety with local spices and ingredients that will be tasted at the end.
